Did he get the PS3?
I wanna get a PS3 one of these days but I don't know what exactly it can offer me. Blu-ray is cool but it's not exactly worth it with my TV because it isn't that bad ass because of the lack of 120/240hz. And nothing has never really made go crazy for not having a PS3 since I already have a 360 and mostly everything that is coming out is being offered on both consoles. The only games I can think of are exclusive Gundam games for PS3. Unfortunately the one that came out when the PS3 was first released ended up sucking eggs. Apparently there is a new one coming out being built from the ground up for the 360 which I have known about for a while. Probably not gonna happen though. But if so… what is the point of me getting one? Besides Microsoft provides excellent online play and service. Fuck $50 a year is totally worth it. You know what they say, "You get what you pay for."

Call of Duty! i'm sure it's badass. great game. awesome... blah bla blah... but seriously. every damn time i talk to someone about games it's "ever play call of duty?" NO!... HELL...NO!!! >_<

All of the Call of Duty games rock except for Modern Warfare 2 which imo it ruined the franchise. It really made the franchise look like just a multiplayer online series of run, shoot & kill with no point nor story to it. No plot to knowing what to do. I know there is campaign to MW2 but the whole point of release of that game was to make money and improve multiplayer, that's it.
I'm hoping (and I know it will) that Call of Duty: Black Ops will bring the series back to what it was for Call of Duty 1, 2, 3, 4, Finest Hour, Big Red One, & World at War. All fantastic war, first person shooter games with excellent gameplay, story and of course, the fights against the Nazis.
